The use of AI can be strategic

Decisions matter. Indeed, it is perhaps the only thing that does. Everything that you do can be framed as a decision to be made. It follows that if you can make them faster, cheaper, and better, you have a decisive advantage.

This idea is not novel. It is at the heart of the thinking around OODA Loops which in turn is the strategic idea at the heart of a lot of successful realizations like maneuver warfare, Toyota Production System, Agile, and Lean.

This is why it can be strategic.
